After bringing you cleantech news from the Midwest for nearly three years, Centered has ceased publication. We are a grant-funded project, and unfortunately the funding expires at the end of 2022.

Thank you for reading and supporting Centered. I believe this publication filled a gap that other media doesn’t adequately address. Numerous readers have expressed their enjoyment for reading Centered over the years because the stories about people working for positive change give them hope for the future. I agree. I have truly enjoyed learning about Midwest innovators’ endeavors and sharing their stories with you.

I have accepted a full-time job as a reporter for Packaging Dive, a soon-to-launch publication from Industry Dive. I’ll still focus heavily on sustainability and innovation and will do my best to weave stories from the Midwest into our national coverage as much as possible. You can follow us when we launch early in 2023. If you don’t already, I also recommend following Midwest Energy News, a regional publication from Energy News Network, which is Centered’s parent organization.
